Eight Days of Hope: Youth Weekend
Join us for a weekend of serving alongside Eight Days of Hope as we love our neighbors in South Buffalo! Twenty middle and high school students will spend the weekend working together on projects that make a real difference in the community while growing in their faith, building friendships, and learning what it means to be the hands and feet of Jesus.
We'll stay together at The Hub, head into the city each day to serve, and worship together on Sunday morning with our friends at New Direction Christian Fellowship in the city. It's a unique opportunity to step outside your comfort zone, serve others, and experience what God can do through a weekend of intentional community and hard work!
Schedule
Drop-Off: Saturday, July 18 | 6:00 AM at The Hub

What You Need to Know
- This weekend is completely free! Thanks to the generosity of our church and ministry partners, all meals and lodging are provided.
- We'll be staying overnight at The Hub. Students should bring a sleeping bag, pillow, towel, toiletries, a change of clothes, and anything else they'll need for two nights. Showers are available.
- We'll worship together on Sunday morning at Pastor Shep's church, New Direction Christian Fellowship, before returning to our service projects.
- Come ready to work! This is a service weekend, so expect hands-on projects that may be physically demanding. We'll have plenty of fun together, but our primary purpose is to serve our neighbors with excellence and the love of Christ.
