When God Speaks: Community Group Update

In October, we went from one community group to four as people signed up to engage in our All Church Journey, “When God Speaks." This is fantastic as more than 50 individuals are meeting together during the week to go deeper with the study, get to know one another, and pray for one another. Look for upcoming opportunities to connect in a community group if you haven't yet!

All Pro Dad Breakfast

Our sponsored Breakfast Program (All Pro Dad) for caregivers and kids that takes place at our local elementary school started back after a lengthy covid break. Besides breakfast, we spend time monthly in this setting focusing on a character trait. There is group discussion about the trait as well as caregiver/child focused interaction about it. We saw 130 in attendance! This is a great initiative to encourage families, invest in young kids, and foster relationship between kids and their primary caregivers. Thanks for your financial giving that helps programs like this exist! 

Participate with the Holy Spirit

Here is an image of some of our church community warriors breaking a 24-hour fast! A group of 11 men (many of whom are pictured) got together to fast and pray recently regarding two things: 1) the land sale that the church is in the process of going through comes to completion, freeing up funds for development of other properties adjacent to the Joylan and 2) for God’s vision to be revealed for the purposes of these adjacent properties. The entire church will likely be invited in the future to engage in a similar time of focused prayer and fasting.
