Honduras is the primary focus of Storehouse Mission Support. Storehouse Mission Support was founded by longtime Revive Wesleyan members Lee & Annie McCune after being missional in Honduras since the 1990s. Their work in Honduras over the last 20+ years has focused on efforts to relieve poverty, care for children, and meet the practical needs of residents through medical missions. The Hope Center and Honors Academy provide education for local children. The community of Habitát is home to the soccer program, medical clinic, playground, and community days.

Storehouse Mission Support

Our Heart Check funding will support:

  • The popular sports program, which provides kids a safe environment where the Gospel is shared.
  • Enhancing the medical clinic with a handwashing station in the examination room and improving the outdoor waiting area with handrails and shade.
  • Improving the existing playground
  • Holding more community days and programs

From missionaries Peter & Tyanne Jurka:

“Through these programs, we aim to extend practical support, encouragement, and spiritual guidance to those who need it the most. We engage hundreds of children who have very limited resources. Our medical clinic is the only health facility in the area. Our meal program means struggling households experience hope and relief during difficult times.”
