East Aurora Outreach

East Aurora is such a close-knit community with a lot of energy, and we are blessed to be a part of it! Since we opened our doors just a couple of years ago, we have worked to build strong relationships with other churches, non-profits, the schools, and businesses to become part of the fabric of this community. We seek to serve our neighbors and visitors in many ways, including:

  • East Aurora Music Fest: This fun event takes over the village for a Saturday every June, and we are centrally located on the route. Members of our worship team and congregation play on our free stage, and our awesome volunteers provide refreshments to those passing by. Watch for sign ups so you can participate in this fun day and be a blessing to the thousands of people who visit EA that day.
  • Church in the Park: We take church outdoors to Hamlin Park for every Sunday in August. Thanks to our team of volunteers, we're even able to bring Kids Ministry and coffee service offerings! This is a great way to meet new people and introduce them to our church family.
  • Fall Fest: We open our doors on a Saturday each October for the community to come in and enjoy candy, games, entertainment, and activities for kids of all ages. More details about the day and time and volunteer needs will be available closer to the event.
  • Carolcade: We are proud to sponsor this event and participate during it by handing out programs and hot chocolate. This long-standing tradition outside of Vidler's is a high point of the Christmas season in town!
  • Rural Outreach Center (ROC) Partnership: This amazing non-profit seeks to break the cycle of rural poverty, which is often harder to notice and address given how dispersed those in need of services are. We partner with them in several ways, including through food and clothing drives each winter, donations at other times of the year, and mentoring in their work readiness training programs.
