Jericho Road’s Wellness Clinic at New Hope Center in Goma, D.R. Congo, is providing essential medical care to the children and families of New Hope Center as well as vulnerable individuals in surrounding communities.
Our Heart Check funding will support:
Their clinic, which serves more than 2,500 patients per month. They provide services including surgery, labor and delivery, ICU care, pediatrics, a pharmacy, lab work, and more.
From an elderly patient:
"My knees hurt, one more than the other. It is worse as I get older. I can't move very well, especially in the mornings. It becomes so swollen and painful. Today I came to Jericho Road's Wellness Clinic and the doctor used a needle to make the swelling go down and ease my pain. Now I can walk more comfortably."
