CompassCare is a Christ-centered organization dedicated to erasing the need for abortion by transforming women’s fear into confidence. Their newly renovated medical facilities are clean, comfortable and professional. With updated, state-of-the-art exam rooms, STD testing lab and ultrasound equipment, we are equipped to serve the reproductive health needs of women in Western NY at no cost. We share the Gospel with each woman who comes to us, and many have accepted Jesus as their Savior as well as making a decision to keep their baby.
