The McKinley Communion team needs immediate help. We partake in Communion together roughly once a month. We are looking for 5-8 more people to assist in preparation and clean-up on these weekends.

Communion is a family meal hosted by Jesus Himself. It is a wonderful way for us to demonstrate His wonderful grace and love through our serving one another.

Here's what volunteering for communion service looks like:

1. Communion prep usually happens 9:00-10:15 am on the Thursday before communion.
2. Communioin servers are asked to arrive a half hour before service starts.
3. Pew clean-up: Following each service, pick up cups in the pews (20-30 minutes)
4. Tray clean-up: Come to church on the Monday or Tuesday following communion and put away unused elements and wash trays (this takes 1 to 1 ½ hours depending on how many people come. )
